Stress-burning therapeutic massage. …
Throughout the years, I've crafted this technique, combining elements of deep tissue, basic Swedish, Indian head massages and reflexology. I apply long-flowing rhythmic moves and natural aroma therapy oils for ultimate relaxation upon request, which will leave you refreshed and energised.
A firm yet therapeutic healing massage designed to remove tension and relieve pressure points, allowing muscles to regain their vitality and full range of movement. Can be specific to sports and/or lifestyle choices. For ultimate well-being.
Hot stone massage…
Great for stiffness and shoulder and neck tension. I use stones of varying sizes, flat, smooth and rounded shape. They are made of Basalt which has a high iron content. When the stones are put into water in a temperature-controlled pot, they retain heat and then are used in slow-travelling strokes over the body. The result is that the therapeutic effect of the massage is increased through the application of heat.
All massages in my studio in North London are carried out on a heated massage bed using Chemodol massage lotion, a neutral non-scented moisturising cream which is as good for your skin as it is for my hands!
