I began working on my family members from a young age and realized as a young adult that I had a gift for massage therapy and felt helping others would be rewarding. I finished my schooling at Georgia Mountains School of Massage in 2008. In January of 2014 I completed the Asheville Yoga Center's 250 hour teacher training course so I could take the yogic principles and apply them to my massage so I can provide a -real- experience.

I offer a mixture of swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi-lomi, Thai, Neuromuscular, and PNF.
